Beware of the Bloodsuckers, once you start succeeding!

Keep movin' on

Everyone tells you to stay strong. No one tells you how. So you keep moving forward — and somewhere along the way, it begins to make sense.

Would You Love Me?

Instead of chasing what appears to be better, learn to appreciate what’s already in front of you — in love, in work, in the life you’re building.

Hurt

Don't hold back, in order to avoid conflict. If you don't speak what's on your mind, they will walk all over you!

Being a Singer-Songwriter for me had nothing to do with becoming it through studies or gaining theoretical knowledge about music. There are Artists out there who said to themselves "I want to be a singer" just like somebody says "I want to be a doctor".

I never took piano lessons but it came self-taught. I just thought I wasn't good enough for a teacher who would try to teach and tell me which way to play which chords, I can't read notations and I have no clue on diatonic modulations. If somebody -like a teacher or coach- would have told me how to do it, I perhaps would have carried on his teachings. But where would I "be music" then?

My approach on music was and still is that something inside you needs to flow to become music. Just like water needs to flow to become a river, a sea and the ocean. And water reflects on the sky so it becomes the heaven. And heaven carries the sun and covers the earth with light, warmth and all kinds of weathers.

So music for me is like life, breath and soul. And these things are (for me) a God given gift! It is not the work of the devil, but the devil can destroy you through it. So you have to understand to appreciate the gift as given by the Creator and  preserve it!

I don’t believe songwriting can ever be fully mastered. It’s a living process — shaped by where you are and who you’re becoming, evolving as you evolve. I wrote my first track at the age of 13, and I am not done yet!

My Musical Output

AMEAH

I never follow any trends as I am not able to sound like "this or that Artist". I don't have the capability of copying anyone. My Songs are pretty much what is inside of me. It comes out the way it comes. Even if I sit on the piano and tell to myself "I want to create a song like Artist "xyz", it comes out totally different. And when I am in the studio, I tell the producers to not create a sound like "xyz". For me it is more fun that professionals tell me, that I have my very own voice, and in some parts I sound like this or that Artist.. I am thankful that God made me understand, that I don't have to imitate a celebrity Artist. And I think imitiating a famous Artist to it's very perfection, is a waste of time and energy. You kinda throw away the momentum to become yourself, to fullfill yourself to find your own way and be unique. There are perhaps 100 Million people making great money with Elvis Phil Collins, Beatles and so on Revival shows.. If you're happy with that, well then congratulations and i honestly wish you all the best from the bottom of my heart! But I think, that you took away the opportunity to get to know yourself, from yourself not necessesarily as a Performer but as a human being, the moment you decided to sound like another Artist. What you could have reached, if you had found your own voice and way of expressing yourself? A question that will remain unanswered, as you will not move out of your Idol-imitating wheel.  That kinda makes me feel sorry.

SOME OF US

Some of Us is my Live-Music Project! We are not a typical Cover-Band. Why? Firstly, our repertoire is totally different from other cover bands. That is because I don't want to sing Songs, Millions of existing Cover-Bands already did and constantly do,. Secondly, we don't copy the original sound, but create our own vibe of that song. People often say: "Oh I know this Song, but I never heared it they way you played it" - This is exactly what I am looking for. Even if you sing another Artist's Song, make it sound as if it is your own track. Strive for uniqueness to stand out of the masses! This is: SOME OF US

Let's get in touch!
